Flexibility

The Quest Air is a very compact metal detector, easy to carry around at any time. You can place your smartphone horizontally or vertically in the holder to keep all the settings under control. Alternatively, you can leave the smartphone in the background, turn off the screen and search for metal objects only by the acoustic signals. This saves battery and reduces the overall weight.

Full functionality

The Quest Air offers all the necessary features of a metal detector through the dedicated app. You can perform ground balance and use the pinpoint function to locate metal objects more precisely. Various setting options allow you to tailor the search based on the terrain and the objects you want to find.

Connecting the Quest Air Search Coil to Your Smartphone

The Quest Air consists of a search coil, battery, and a rod that connects via Bluetooth to your smartphone. Simply download the free Quest Air MD app and in seconds you will be connected to the coil and ready to start your searches.

Rechargeable

The rechargeable battery is located at the bottom of the shaft, where there is also the USB-C port for charging. With a fully charged 750 mAh Li-Po battery, you can search for up to 10 hours continuously.

Ergonomic design

The Quest Air is designed very ergonomically and weighs only 1kg without the phone. The rod can be easily adjusted to your height, from 80cm to 130cm, making it ideal for both young and old, experts and beginners.

Settings:

Through the free Quest Air MD app you can adjust various settings of the metal detector, including:

• Sensitivity: to adjust the search depth
• Discrimination: to exclude iron objects from the search
• Response speed: low for greater search depth, high for identifying objects close to each other
• Number of Tones: Choose up to 4 tones for identification
• Threshold: to adjust the volume of the constant background tone
• Hot Rocks: To reduce interference in highly mineralized soils
